Lonely flooring?

This morning Susannah was lying on the floor in the living room. I asked her to please get up and help me with cleaning up after breakfast. She looked shocked and said, "Mom, I am pretending to be the floor! You wouldn't want the floor to be lonely, would you?!?!"

Um, yes. Yes, I would.

HOLD THE PRESSES! You are sisters with Emily and Kimberly?????? I have "known" them for years from SCS! I have absolutely loved reading Kimberly's adventures in China! This is too funny! And yes, Emily's blog is one of my favorites. She taught me how to make beaded pens...and made me fall in love with Basic Grey papers. SMALL WORLD!

Yup, they're my sisters! And I'm on SCS too, though I don't post there as much any more. I think my last gallery update was over a year ago. Small world for sure!

Oh, and what is your SCS name?

"Jessica'sMom"....but like you, I haven't posted there in awhile. I've gotten more into blogging and blog hopping than posting there. Plus, with five kids I make a card about once a year it seems like. We are headed down to the OBX in two days for a week and I need to make Tric a card for a baby shower their church is throwing when we are down there. However, the dining room table is covered in playdoh carnage right now, so I'm putting it off. :)

Cool, I'll look you up. I could send you a card for Tricia (I have a bazillion baby cards left over from a swap), but I'm out of town at the moment. Have fun! Dh and I used to live in VA Beach and go down to the OBX on the weekends. Before kids.
